Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.

Opened products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements, capsules, teas, tonics, tinctures, oils, honey, soaps, or other consumable and personal-care products, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping you paid, at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email info@jamaicahealthbox.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Pack the item securely. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs

Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to show the credit.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Gift cards, subscriptions, and international orders

Gift cards are not refundable. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date from your account or by contacting us. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are not refundable.
